Combine Home and Auto Insurance

Home insurance and auto insurance nearly seem inseparable. They go hand in hand and they ought to be purchased together. There are too many benefits of having your auto and home insurance with the same company. These two insurance acquisitions are the backbone of your property and casualty insurance portfolio and thus it behooves you to hunt the market place for the desirable insurance company.

Everyone has a preference on how they would like to do business. There are many folks that like to shop for insurance online but want an agent. The online shopping is expedient at the commencement but these folks want a servicing agent at the end of the process. There are those folks that want to get rid of the agent altogether and are completely pleased with doing business online or over the telephone with a customer service representative. These philosophies want to be ironed out before you shop for a new carrier.

We live in a world in which insurance of all types is essential. We have to have insurance for our homes to indemnify it and everything in it, insurance for our vehicles in case it is involved in an accident, renters insurance to cover the renter's belongings, health insurance to get healthcare, and life insurance to disburse burial prices and unpaid expenses upon our deaths. These are just some of the most common types of insurance that most people do carry. However, there are stranger types of insurance, but they couldn't be bundled together to save money like home and auto can.

It's pretty simple to buy auto insurance online; however, buying homeowner insurance isn't always so cut and dry. When you're ready to truly buy combined home and auto insurance, it'd be in your best interest to talk with a live agent.

When it comes to insurance you always want to ensure you are covered for the least amount of money. In the end the less money you disburse on insurance the more stays in your pocket every month. One of the easiest ways to save money on all your insurance necessities is to buy it through the same insurance company. By uniting your home and auto insurance with one provider you can not simply save money but there are other advantages as well.

With a combined coverage your imbursements will be much easier. The majority companies with combined home and auto insurance coverage's will invoice you for both policies all at once. This indicates that you will simply have one payment a month for both kinds of insurance and would no longer need to consider which time of the month you would have to make a payment for which insurance.

Credit Repair - The Myths

A simple search on any internet search engine with the words "Credit repair" will return hundreds of thousands of results. That number alone will tell you about the immense magnitude to which information about credit repair is available. The difficult thing about sifting through so much information is trying to decide which information is veracious because in this new age of digital democracy, the proliferation of the Internet has resulted in an exponential increase in online citizenship where everyone can share their thoughts. The problem is, some people have no clue what they are talking about but sound like they do, while others are genuinely misinformed and provide completely wrong information. This extends to information about credit repair online as well and so I hope below I will be able to debunk some of the common myths about credit repair and set your mind at ease once and for all.

Myth 1: All online credit repair companies are scams

The key word in this sentence that makes this statement false is the word "all". While it is certainly true to a large extent that around eight or nine out of ten online credit repair companies are as good as fraudsters, that does not make all online credit repair companies scams. In fact, there are a few that are actually reputable and trustworthy; the key is to sift through the many diverse companies and to find one that is able to deliver the results to suit your needs.

Myth 2: All negative entries in the credit report should be removed

While it may sound intuitive to remove all negative entries in your credit report to improve your credit score, the truth is that this is not always necessarily the case. This is because other factors come into play when determining your credit score and one of these factors is the history time-span that each entry dates back to. Thus removing a negative account from a few years back might actually be detrimental to your credit repair efforts.

Myth 3: All negative entries in the credit report that are verifiable cannot be deleted

Again, the key word in this sentence is the word "all". There is a Federal Trade Commission law that states that any disputed entry in the credit report that cannot be verified by the credit bureau within 30 days must be removed. If you have any doubts or suspicions about the accuracy of any of the entries in your credit report, it would be to your advantage to dispute it with the credit bureau and send in a request for inquiry. This puts the pressure on the credit bureau to verify your disputed entries, and as such if they are unable to do a complete verification by the deadline, this benefits you in the sense that negative entries that should be counted against you could be in reality be removed. Thus it is a myth that ALL verifiable negative entries in the credit report cannot be deleted; only the ones that can meet the verification deadline cannot be deleted. This is important to note as you undertake credit repair.

Tips for you about Adsense

If you like these tips, be sure to check out my AdSense book, Make Easy Money with Google: Using the AdSense Advertising Program, from Peachpit Press. See memwg.com for details. The book was mentioned in an article about AdSense in USA Today.

As explained in Why are ads displayed on this site?, most of the pages on this site display text ads from Google’s AdWords program. To display these ads, a site must join Google’s AdSense program. Joining is free, but not all sites are eligible to join. Once you’re accepted, however, it’s very simple to place the ads on your pages and to start generating revenue for your site. AdSense will serve ads that are generally very relevant to the content of a particular page. Here are some tips based on my experiences so far with the AdSense program.
Tip #1: Don’t put ads on empty pages.

When I reworked my site, I built a skeleton set of pages that had no content, just titles and some meta tags. I displayed ads on those pages, however. Although all you see are public service ads at first, the very act of displaying ads on a page causes the AdSense web crawler to quickly fetch that page for analysis. A page with good content will thus begin showing relevant paying ads fairly quickly.

If you don’t have any content, then, Google will have to guess as what your page is about. It may guess wrong, and so the ads that it displays may not be relevant. You’ll have to wait until Google re-crawls the site for the ads to correct themselves. Here is what Google had to say when I asked them about how often the AdSense crawler updates a site:

Thank you for taking the time to update your site. New ads will start appearing on your site the next time our crawler re-indexes your site. Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to control how often our crawlers index the content on your site.

Crawling is done automatically by our bots. When new pages are added to your website or introduced to the AdSense program, our crawlers will usually get to them within 30 minutes. If you make changes to a page, however, it may take up to 2 or 3 weeks before the changes are reflected in our index. Until we are able to crawl your web pages, you may notice public service ads, for which you will not receive any earnings.

It’s better to flesh out the page before you start displaying ads on it.

Tip #2: Don’t be afraid to ask questions

If you’re wondering about something, don’t be afraid to ask Google. So far, they’ve always responded to my questions within a working day. There are two email addresses to use, depending on the type of question:

Please feel free to email us at adsense-tech@google.com if you have additional technical questions or concerns. For general program or account questions, please email adsense-support@google.com.

Their responses are always very polite, and they appreciate getting problem reports and suggestions.
Tip #3: Avoid non-English characters on English pages

This one is a bug, to be honest. My surname is French, and I prefer to write it out correctly with the accent grave on the first “e”. Every page on my site would then include at least two accented letters, because my name shows up twice in the footer. On some pages my name shows up two or three more times.

Normally, this wouldn’t be an issue. But on some pages the presence of the accented characters is enough to cause AdSense to display non-relevant ads in French. This happens whether the browser indicates a preference for French or not. When I reported this to Google, this is the answer they gave me:

Hello Eric,

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention.

We are currently working as quickly as we can to address this problem. As soon as we have more information for you, we will email you again.

We appreciate your patience.

Sincerely,

The Google Team

Until this is resolved, I’ve decided to strip out all accents except on the pages that are actually in French.

Tip #4: Check your keyword density

Although Google doesn’t release exact details as to how they determine the ads to serve on a given page, they do tell us that it’s the text content of the page that matters, not the meta tags. Before serving ads on a page, then, you might want to check its keyword density. A good, free tool for doing this is found here:

http://www.ranks.nl/tools/spider.html

This lets you fine-tune the page before exposing it to the AdSense crawler.

Mortgage rates remain lower than past summers for anyone buying or refinancing

Mortgage rates have settled into an affordable groove that makes buying or refinancing a home more affordable than it's been the past few summers.

The average rate for a 30-year, fixed-rate loan -- the most popular way to finance a home -- was 5.53% in our latest weekly survey of major lenders taken Aug. 26.
That's less than a half-point higher than in April when the average fell to 5.13% -- the lowest it's been since Interest.com and its print predecessor began the survey in 1985.

It's also a full-point lower than those loans cost last August. And the August before that. And the August before that.

By any historical standard, anytime you can get a 30-year, fixed-rate loan for less than 6.5% you've gotten a good deal.

So we may not be enjoying record rates this summer, but we're enjoying great rates we would have killed for last summer.

If you compare mortgage rates in our extensive database you'll find lenders offering 30-year, fixed-rate loans for as little as 5% or so, with no points and fees of $1,000 or less, in most markets.

The Federal Reserve is still flooding the mortgage market with money by purchasing billions of dollars' worth of home loans made by commercial banks and mortgage companies.

That's what drove rates down in March and April.

Then the Treasury Department started borrowing the staggering amounts of money needed to finance the record federal budget deficit, which is projected to reach $1.84 trillion this fiscal year -- four times more than last year's record $454.8 billion deficit.

That pushed the cost of long-term debt, including mortgages, up a bit, but not nearly as much as some had feared.

The 4.5%, 30-year mortgages that had everyone talking this spring probably won't return to most markets.

But you can still come close to those super-cheap rates by paying a point or two.

Paying points allows borrowers to obtain a lower interest rate than the lender normally offers, with one point equaling 1% of the loan amount. It's worth considering if you're going to live in the house long enough to recoup the extra up-front costs.

Two points will allow you to buy the rate below 5.0% in most markets and as low as 4.625% in a few cities.

We have a calculator that compares loans with and without points, so you can pick the one that's right for you.

Another way to still get a 4% mortgage is to take out a shorter loan.

That won't get you the lowest possible monthly payment, but there are still a few lenders offering 15-year mortgages for 4.50% with no points.

We also have a calculator that will let you compare all the costs and savings of 15-year and 30-year mortgages.

You've also probably heard that banks and mortgage companies have tightened their requirements for getting a mortgage after unwisely lowering their standards during the housing boom.

They have. But that return to reasonable underwriting standards doesn't mean you can't get a mortgage.

You'll have the best chance of getting a low rate with low fees if you:

Have a reasonable credit score. Anything above 700 should work, although fees are rising even for people who have scores as high as 739. Here's where to find out what goes into your credit score and how to get your credit score.

Poor credit is another good reason to pursue an FHA or VA loan. They'll accept borrowers with lower credit scores and more debt.

Earn enough money to repay the loan. Here's where to learn about the two affordability tests most lenders use.

Be able to fully document your income, assets and debts. Here's where to find out about questions you'll be asked on a mortgage application and all the paperwork you'll need.

Search Engine optimization

Don't waste your money for SEO software

Tried all Search Engine Optimization software and ended up with nothing else than ZERO-Pocket money! Do you belong to this group of people? This is the case with most of us. Do you want to know what is there inside those FAT SEO BOOKS and paid softwares? Then read on. I will explain what those authors have to tell you.

I read a lot of books on SEO and tried many SEO Software. All that they have to tell you is some basic concepts of SEO. Yes I lost some hundred dollars buying SEO software that promised ‘TOP 5 GOOGLE RANKING in 5 Days’, ‘1 Million Hits a Day’ etc. I feel I wasted a lot of money to get the same piece of information. I would like to share some of those tips that really helped be to bring some traffic to my websites and blogs. After reading some SEO books and trying SEO software what I feel is that only Google can get you a Top Ranking. Yes Only Google, I mean only search engines. If you have Quality original content then to get a top ranking, that is top position in search engine, all you have to do is little bit of home work. If you have good content then your home work is 75% done. Then there are some BASICs that you should follow. Always remember SEO rules keeps changing but basics remain same.
SEO plays vital role when you don’t Quality content or when you are having an article/content that has high competition in market. Basically there are two types of Optimizations
• On-Page Optimization
• Off-Page Optimization

On-Page Optimization
1. Set a theme - Make sure your title tag, meta-content, headers, and content all match up. Choose meta-tags carefully.
2. Use h1, h2 etc. in your headers. Search engines place more relevance on header tags h1 for main heading, h2 for sub-heading etc.
3. Your content should be unique and original. An article should contain atleast 1500 words. The more, better it is.
4. Use inner links. Inner links mean link to your own page. Example ‘HOME’, usually we give our site address as hyperlink. Use as many inner links as possible. Use inner links.Just search on some topics on wikipedia and see how many inner links are there on single article. You should do it that way!
5. ‘KEYWORD’ – THE MAGIC WORD - SEO is all about keyword/keywords. If you want higher ranking in search try to optimize for keywords that has less competition. For example never go for keyword ‘DRUG REHABILATION’ instead you try to optimize for keyword ‘DRUG REHABILATION SUCCESS STROIES or TRUTH’. There are lots of free tools to get keyword list and their competition.
6. Use these keywords frequently in your article. Keyword density should be near to ‘4’. If you have total 100 words then you should use keyword in your article four times.
7. Use BOLD for KEYWORDS and link them appropriately.
8. Use mixed Singular and Plural form of keyword – Bat, Bats, Bat’s
9. Use Miss-spelling like for bat- bta, bst, bay, bar, bats, batd, bata etc. Don’t laugh you will get lot of traffic of it!
10. Use keyword name for FOLDER Names. Suppose you are saving drug Rehab Centre.htm, then place it in a folder named ‘Drug_Rehab_Center’.
11. Name your Images properly with keywords. Always make use of and tags should contain your keyword.
12. Create a text document called robots.txt in the site root. The text to place in it should be: User-agent: *
Disallow: /
13. Create Sitemap. Site-map will make crawling easy. Search engines will get all your links in single page.
These are the main On-Page optimization tips. Both On-page and Off-page play 50-50 role in SEO. Now I will explain some of the off-page optimization tricks.

Off-Page Optimization

1. Links to your Page: Get as many back link as possible as possible. To get back link just email webmaster. Most of the webmasters will agree. Write a Link Request Mail. If you get links from page having PageRank6-7 then it is better.
2. Adding Your Site to Directories
3. Create a video channel on Youtube etc and add a link to your page
4. Make use of community sites like Facebook, myspace etc
5. Twitter is the hottest Tool right Now. Go Tweet :)
6. Please don’t over do things. You will fall in SEO SPAM and will be penalized by search engines. Be careful!
If you build a website based on these tips surely you will get atleast some thousand hits per Day. There are more other methods to generate Free traffic to your site.
I know all these will take time, nearly 3-4 Months. To speed up things you can use a Paid Software SEO ELITE. Its value for money. If you use it properly the you will get million hits per day!
Hope you enjoyed reading this small note on SEO! I really enjoy sharing my knowledge with others.
